In her role as Group COO, Dominique leads the operations team that supports all Open Box Group companies including Open Box Software, Pilotfish Digital, eConnect, eForms, and Open Box Development.
Dominique also works closely with leaders across the group on strategic initiatives, helping balance growth with adaptability, sound structure and positive people development. She has a practical, people-first approach and is passionate about growing potential and building high performing teams.
Dominique holds a Business Science Honours degree in Marketing from UCT, and 18 years of experience in the manufacturing, restaurant, and IT industries. She started her career in London and, upon returning to South Africa, joined the Spur Corporation, a JSE listed entity. At Spur she held various positions including Group International Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Group CRM and Digital Manager. With a strong affinity for technology and strategy, Dominique then joined Spur's IT Department where she led that team as the Group Information Executive and Head of Applications.
She enjoys walking, quality time with friends and family and keeping up with her two young boys.
