As our Director of Enterprise Consulting, Melusi brings extensive industry experience and deep expertise in property management systems and processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, he leverages his strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-impact, strategic solutions.
Melusi began his career at Open Box in 2013 as a Quality Assurer before transitioning into the role of Business Analyst. A natural leader, he quickly rose through the ranks, successfully spearheading a wide range of projects, including property management system implementations, integrations, and upgrades. Over the years, he has built a proven track record of helping clients plan and execute their business strategies effectively.
A true ambassador of the Open Box culture, Melusi is known for his infectious energy and positivity—always lifting spirits within the organization and among our clients (and often being the life of the party).
Outside of work, Melusi is an avid sports enthusiast and former athlete, having represented his home country of Zimbabwe in rugby at age-group level. When he’s not watching or playing sports, you’ll likely find him gaming online or spending time with friends and family.
