  • Regional Configuration: Designed and implemented region-specific configurations, including import templates for European offices to streamline onboarding without full custom builds.
  • Training & Enablement: Delivered training to over 100 users, supported by detailed user guides, video tutorials and on-site go-live assistance.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Continued enhancements and integrations post-implementation, including procurement and invoice automation.
